But there are a few things we can’t do; • Waxed jackets. • Lots of sequins or embelishments. • Things glued on - the glue will be removed by the chemicals.Not all stains come out
For the best results, treat stains as soon as possible. Over time, or due to acidity, some stains can become "set," meaning they permanently altering the outer layers of the fibres, that damage remains visible. Even if a stain doesn’t come out, our cleaning service still incurs a charge.YES! We do clean wedding dresses!
It’s one of the most common questions we get—and the answer is a definite yes! Your dress will be cleaned individually, with its own dedicated dry cleaning process to ensure the utmost care. Pricing may vary depending on the size, layers, and weight of the gown. Please note that while our cleaners do our best to remove all stains, some—like red wine—may be permanent due to the acids damaging the fibres themselves. Since the cleaning process still requires specialist chemicals, time, and electricity, a charge will still apply.
