Pricing varies with the size, weight and number of layers in the gown, so it must be seen before a price can be confirmed.

Most items are cleanable

Most everyday garments can be professionally cleaned, but please bring the care label with the item so the materials and manufacturer’s instructions can be checked.
- Waxed jackets cannot be accepted
- Some garments with extensive sequins or embellishments may not be suitable
- Glued decorations can be loosened or removed by cleaning chemicals

Acidic stains such as red wine can alter and permanently damage the outer layers of a fibre. Older stains can also become set over time.
Our cleaners will do their best, but removal cannot be guaranteed. Specialist chemicals, time and energy are still required even where a stain proves permanent, so the cleaning charge remains payable.

No. Dry cleaning is a walk-in service and we always have availability.
Can you guarantee that a stain will come out?
No cleaner can guarantee every stain. Age, acidity and fibre damage can make some marks permanent, although the item will still receive the full cleaning process.
How quickly should I bring in a stained item?
As soon as practical. The longer a stain remains, the greater the chance that it will set into the fibres.
Can you clean a wedding or prom dress?
